A Fiera di u vinu (that's wine festival in Corsican) means:
genuine products, friendly atmosphere, quality,
good times, friendship, festivities, flavours, fragrances, colours,
new experiences and much more
|
In partnership with the
Provence-Nice-Cote d'Azur-Corsica Association of Cellarmen, this year
the "A Fiera di u Vinu" will welcome cellarmen from all
the various wine-growing or gastronomic regions of France. The
association will be holding one of its board meetings right here in
our town. It will be an honour for us, the organizers, to welcome
to Corsica, to our town Luri, some of the very best amongst the best:
- The best cellarman in Europe!
- The best young cellarman in France!
- And the world's greatest cellarman, Olivier POUSSIER, who will
be our festival's patron!
This will be an excellent opportunity for the wine growers of Corsica
to show off the diversity of their wines. These cellarmen
will undoubtedly become our ambassadors and perhaps even new clients! The
goal of "A Fiera di U Vinu" is to spread the word, here
and everywhere, about the subtlety, diversity, special character,
genuineness and "spirit" of our wines.
