Discover the numerous
objects that the artisans display under the centuries-old plane trees.
You'll admire their originality of the pottery, you'll appreciate
the variety of colours and shapes used in the leather objects, the
subtlety of the natural shades of the wools used to make the unique
knitwear, the bright colours and softness of the knit objects, the
flexibility of the mobiles and the beauty of the ingenious wooden
toys.
You can buy jewellery, knives, pipes, perfumes as gifts or as a
gift to yourself. These are unusual, simple or mysterious
objects made from local raw materials.
The crafts are all made by artisans who work in Corsica all year
round.
Here authenticity rhymes with quality.

The original show presented by Jean-André Bertozzi, who will make portraits
of the "Village People" that will be exhibited at the Confraternity
until 15 July at "A Piazza": art in real time! Hurry to see it!

Makeup workshop, Festiballons, Circus Workshop with the "Lézards
du cirque".
Visit
Luri's main hamlet "A Piazza" with its picturesque vaulted alleys,
its famous homes of the "Americans", its 17th century church
and confraternity, its wine museum, which will be expanded within the
next year.
Leaf...Leaf through the
books, magazines, newspapers exhibited by bookshops, publishers, associations.
Corsican culture is on display, to better understand, better listen, better
share, and better answer sometimes...
Some authors will be on hand on both days to sign their latest books and
talk with the public.

The Musée de la Vigne et du Vin: genuine objects that the wine growers
have preserved over time.
"Palmentu", "tribbiu", boots,
water tanks, "ambuti", haws and many other man-made tools.
Old vines preserved through time live again near the Museum: Alicante,
Malvasgiu, Muscatellu.

Admire The works of
the "Artistes du Cap et d'ailleurs" at the Collège auditorium,
an exhibition of amateur and professional artists.
Paintings, sculptures, watercolours, ceramic photographs, painted
glasses, stained glasses are for sale.
At the "Merveilles des abeilles" primary school.
At the Confraternity, go through the looking glass with the exhibition
of black & white photographs by Antoine Giacomoni sponsored by
the Centre Méditerranéen de la Photographie. |

Listen ... or let yourself
be enchanted by Corsican music. Between traditional and modern,
the muscians and singers of the groups "I Mantini" "Diana di l'Alba"
and "Speranza" will entertain the public throughout the 2 days of
the festival. They'll take you down memory lane but also happily
lead you towards the future. |
